This non-chronological report for year 3 and P4, linking to the topics animals including humans and body systems and cells, investigates adders, also known as common vipers. Adders live in many different habitats, from grasslands and rocky hillsides to coastal sand dunes, and are thought to live further north than any other snake species, right up into the Arctic circle.
